I recently had an unexpected life event that put me on the market for a vehicle. I didn't have time to visit multiple dealerships and definitely deal with " Pushy" salesmen. I met Isaac P. that day and I let me tell you what, he was not a sales man that day. He became my friend!!! We was relatable and kind and made me feel like family. The process was seamless and everyone that I interacted with was also respectful and friendly. Thanks Isaac and Big City for a smooth purchase.

This is by far the best experience I've ever had buying a car. From the start to finish there was no pressure and they let us ask them about I'm pretty sure about every car on the lot.
