It was my first time at Big City Cars and they do an amazing job at demonstrating just how easy car shopping should be. I had the luxury of having to speak with Deion over the phone and in person and he is an amazing salesperson! He was very patient with my grandma and I and ensured we got the right car that was within our budget. He also was very thorough with all the details and if there was something that he needed to look more in depth on, he did not hesitate to get the correct answer. Throughout the whole process the whole team helped make sure that the process was quick and easy. I recommend this being the first place you go to to find good-quality and reliable cars.

This is by far the best experience I've ever had buying a car. From the start to finish there was no pressure and they let us ask them about I'm pretty sure about every car on the lot. We test drove multiple cars and they just kept coming with keys and a smile. I will never buy another car from any other dealership. From the first contact with Big City Cars I felt good. I talked to Pete about my car needs and everything went so smoothly. I told him that I would like to come in and simply pay on the spot, so he showed me my options and every car on the lot was a beauty! I think I was in and driving out all in about an hour.
