I went in to look at a Toyota and was surprised to find a newer model with lower miles for sale on their lot. Their salesman Korie helped make the purchase process simple, effective, and pleasant, all on a weeknight around dinner time.My spouse and I will be working with Korie and the team whenever the time comes for our next vehicle. This is by far the best experience I've ever had buying a car. From the start to finish there was no pressure and they let us ask them about I'm pretty sure about every car on the lot. From the first contact with Big City Cars I felt good. I talked to Pete about my car needs and everything went so smoothly. I told him that I would like to come in and simply pay on the spot, so he showed me my options and every car on the lot was a beauty! I think I was in and driving out all in about an hour.
