Absolute great customer service from Tom Byrum! No pressure or pushing! Didn’t take advantage of a “little old single lady”. Very patient and LISTENED to my needs and what I was looking for. Never tried to talk me into something else and helped me out with getting the information needed to finalize the deal. Very personable, honest and easy to tell him what you need and want in purchasing a car. Highly recommend Tom Byrum fo find a good fit for your needs. Thanks Tom for making this experience happen in a great professional and efficient manner. To the owner of Big City Cars…. PLEASE GET A SIGN BY THE ROAD TO HELP YOUR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS FIND YOU! I drove by and around the block THREE TIMES AND WAS VERY CLOSE TO MOVING ON TO THE NEXT CAR PLACE . Because, seriously, it should Not be this hard to find a place that wants my attention and business?! I FINALLY FOUND YOU quite by accident since your store is not easily accessible while driving in busy traffic! I I turned into the place beside you and had to turn around and saw your place and thought, WTHeck, there it is? I can’t be the first or only customer this has happened to??? Just imagine how many more people would possibly stop in if they were able to see your place or at the very least spot a nice sign while driving by??? 3⭐️for this situation ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to TOM BYRUM for his outstanding professional, ethical and kind service in making my experience purchasing a new car as easy as possible!

This is the second time I came to them to get a car. Justin was very friendly and went out of his way to make the experience a nice one. Thank you Justin for your help.
