Adrian was awesome in helping me thoroughly check and make sure everything was in working condition. He was able to answer all of our questions and help me get into my 2014 Volkswagen Passat TDI SEL Premium before the weekend came and I'd need a car. Most definitely a ten out of five person and car salesman! Thank you very much Big City Cars and especially Adrian! Yall rock for getting me into this beautiful VW as soon as possible!

Over the weekend (Sunday), I made an offer for a vehicle I wanted via their website. Come Monday, I received a text requesting I come in-store to talk about it further. Wednesday rolls around and I make it in. I walk into the store and am greeted by Adrian. Only-under 4 hours later, I've chosen that vehicle I wanted (still surprisingly available), the test drive is done, the paperwork gets completed and I'm left feeling satisfied and excited to experience a vehicle I had always wanted and for a financed price they worked with me on throughout a trade-in, as well. Without Adrian's transparent and straight-shooter demeanor, I probly' would've felt a bit more hesitant to have bought it same-day. To anyone reading this, ya'll need to ask for Adrian. As a returning customer, thanks again Big City Cars - you guys rock.

Bought a Ford explorer from them. (Key take aways) - The price was stern, not quite flexible but fair. - Fast process. They have the buying experience set in steps so you’re moved through stages in an efficient manor to insure your time isn’t wasted. - honesty. This one’s most important, they’re honest and make a point that dishonesty leaves poor reviews that can lead to a crippled flow of traffic into their place of business. - First time buyers should definitely consider them as they were the only ones straight forward and a great inventory. Thank you to Adrian, your honesty paid off for both of us.
