Tom Byron is the BEST car salesman we’ve ever had the pleasure dealing with & we HIGHLY recommend everyone go see him! He was not the vulture after road kill when we pulled into the lot which is a HUGE deal for us! We’ve always been the type that if we find something we’re interested in, we will COME TO YOU! Anyhow, we found a car we were interested in online. It just came in off the truck and there were no photos online yet. Tom asked us if we’d like to go for a walk. We agreed! While it was 10 degrees out, we ice skated, dodged booby trap sink swamp holes, squeezed like rats running through a maze, we made it all the way around the lot and never found the car. Went back into the building, found the car keys and went back to the “woods” of cars, hit the lock/unlock and scored it at the VERY back of the lot trapped behind a good 50 plus cars. We could open the passenger side doors but couldn’t pull a lemon shake up for the driver side! Tim said he’d get it pulled up the following day, get it through service and have it ready for us to drive the next day when we came back at 6/6:30. The next day, we pulled in at 6:30pm, it was 50 degrees, pouring the rain and the wind was blowing like a freight train running 100mph! We drove it to Sam’s Club, low fuel light came on and we couldn’t get back fast enough before running outta fuel! We walk in, tell him our price & he made it happen! While there during negotiation, we learned a little about his life while seeing photos of a beautiful daughter that he wasn’t going to be able to see on Christmas let alone do gifts. We’ve all had hard times through our lives at some point. His kind heart, still striving to show up and be present, while not knowing where or how he will make next months rent touched us. It sure reminded us how truly blessed we are! God will close doors we may not understand, but he will open a new door! ALWAYS KEEP THE FAITH!!!! Merry Christmas Tom! Tom byrum was pretty cool trustworthy car is amazing. He hooked me up with so much stuff. It’s not even funny. I wish I could buy a different car from him every week, but unfortunately I’m not that rich but big city cars makes you feel rich. Come on guys get a car good quality, clean good value good people.
